About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing function. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in data analysis, preferably in sales data management and be adept at translating complex datasets into

actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, including DAX functions,

paginated reports, and report publishing.

  • Extract, clean, and analyze sales and marketing data from various sources to support

business decision-making.

  • Work with databases such as MongoDB and AtlasSQL to manage and query structured

and unstructured data.

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to interpret trends, performance metrics,

and KPIs.

  • Support Inventory Management analytics and reporting to optimize stock levels and

supply chain efficiency.

  • Automate data processing and reporting workflows using JavaScript (Google Apps

Script), Power Automate, and other tools.

  • Create and manage complex data models, Pivot Tables, and advanced calculations

using Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and knowledge

management.

  • Conduct manual data extraction and ensure accuracy through meticulous cleaning and

validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably handling Sales and Marketing data.
  • Hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, and report automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MongoDB, and AtlasSQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with JavaScript coding for automation in spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with inventory data management and sales analytics.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for project management.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
