Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing travel team. The role involves handling lead filtering (only generated leads, no cold calling), doing initial follow-ups, transferring qualified leads to the sales team, and managing customer queries post-sales to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Review and filter incoming leads generated through website of the company.


• Conduct initial follow-ups (via calls, WhatsApp, or emails) to understand customer requirements.


• Qualify and transfer potential leads to the sales team for conversion.


• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM tools or spreadsheets.


• Handle customer queries and concerns after sales to ensure satisfaction and smooth travel experiences.


• Coordinate with sales, operations, and vendor teams for timely resolution of issues.


• Maintain strong communication and build lasting relationships with customers.


• Assist in collecting feedback and reviews to help improve services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• 6 months - 1 years of experience in customer service, client relationship, or travel coordination (freshers with good communication skills can apply).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.


• Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
