Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fintech Customer Support role based in Bhopal. The role involves providing excellent customer support services, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer issues via various channels, performing technical support, analyzing and resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining a professional demeanor in client interactions. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship building
- Proficiency in Technical Support to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Sharp Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in the FinTech sector
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
