Responsibilities
  • Assisting in producing monthly payroll on a timely and accurate basis
  • Administering salary control ledger and season ticket arrangements
  • Reconciling monthly income tax and NI balances
  • Supporting year-end payroll activities and P11D preparation in accurate and timely manner
  • Liaising with internal teams for payroll data coordination and issue resolution
  • Keeping updated with payroll / taxation legislation changes impacting remuneration processing
  • Ensuring payroll procedures are adhering to internal standards, governance norms and compliance requirements
  • Responding to employees payroll queries and providing required clarifications
Requirements
  • Detailed understanding of payroll legislation
  • Experience working on Oracle Payroll / HR software package preferred
  • Strong data accuracy & MS Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and handle deadlines independently
  • Ability to develop strong internal stakeholder relationships
