Overview As a Payroll Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. . Payroll Executives work closely with finance, HR, and other departments to guarantee seamless operations and transparency in payroll matters.Key responsibilities
  • Process and administer payroll for employees on a regular basis
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with HR to update and maintain employee payroll records
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports for review and approval
  • Utilize payroll software SAP to manage payroll processing efficiently
  • Verify timesheets and attendance records for payroll accuracy
  • Handle Full & Final Settlement
  • Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a payroll coordinator, administrator, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent mathematical and numerical skills for accurate calculations
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Working knowledge in Zing HR
  • Work Experience in Facility Industry preferred
