
Holiday Sales Manager – B2E

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with HR, employee benefit teams, and corporate decision-makers to drive holiday travel offerings for their employees.
- Design and execute tailored domestic and international holiday packages, exclusive employee offers, and seasonal travel deals.
- Lead end-to-end B2E campaign execution—from onboarding corporate partners to post-trip feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create B2E-focused campaigns, employee engagement content, and promotional materials.
- Drive holiday sales through employee engagement activities like webinars, travel fairs, and on-site/off-site events.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities (travel insurance, forex, visa, etc.) to maximize revenue per client.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, report performance metrics, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal travel consultants, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving employee travel preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or any related field.
- 4+ years of experience in holiday/travel sales, preferably in a B2E, B2B, or corporate sales role.
- Strong network in corporate HR/employee engagement circles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and client relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting software
