About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and driving revenue growth for our staffing services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.
Approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
Pitch recruitment solutions, explain service offerings, and tailor proposals as per client requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client expectations are met.
Maintain sales pipeline, track acquisition metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR/Marketing is a plus).
Experience: 1–2 years in client acquisition /business development /sales in recruitment, staffing, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with decision-makers.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
Familiarity with recruitment processes or staffing industry will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
