Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Associate to join our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, effectively communicate our services via phone or video calls, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings

Present company services and solutions clearly and confidently over phone or video call

Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly to drive conversions

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for client acquisition and conversion

Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Comfortable conducting professional conversations over calls and video meetings

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Ability to understand and explain technical or service-based offerings clearly

Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus

Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
