Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Pune. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting contracts, and preparing legal documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending client meetings, handling case management, representing clients in legal proceedings, and providing advisory services across corporate, real estate, and personal law matters. The role also involves ensuring client compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks and facilitating efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and skills in Corporate and Commercial Law, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Cross-Border Transactions, and Contract Drafting.
  • Proficiency in Real Estate Law matters, such as Property Registration, Conveyance, and Sale Deeds, as well as legal title search and legal opinions.
  • Experience in Personal and Civil Law including Family Law, Legal Heirship, and Trust-related legal issues.
  • Excellent legal research, communication, and analytical skills to address complex legal matters effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal documentation, case preparation, and representation skills in legal proceedings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with relevant certifications or specializations being an advantage.
  • Prior experience in legal practice or training within a law firm is highly preferred.
