Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a junior accounts & admin executive located in Pune. The Junior Accounts & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing petty cash, using accounting software, handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters, and preparing financial statements. The executive will assist with day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with financial regulations.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Handle basic accounting entries and reconciliations

· Assist with
TDS & GST
-related workings and compliance

· Manage
invoice raising, job closures, and receivables follow-up

· Support general
administrative work and coordination tasks

What We're Looking For:

· months of
experience or internship
in accounting or admin role

· Basic knowledge of
Tally / Excel / accounting principles

· Good communication and organizational skills
