About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to generate qualified sales opportunities for our U.S. market. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises, and booking meetings for our sales team. This role demands strong SaaS sales experience, an understanding of the U.S. business culture, and a track record of exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute
    outbound prospecting campaigns
    via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email sequences targeting the U.S. market.
  • Identify, research, and qualify high-potential accounts in alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors to position our SaaS solution effectively.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified meetings and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly
    qualified meeting and pipeline generation quotas
    .
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience
    for U.S.-based SaaS or tech companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding meeting-setting and pipeline targets.
  • Strong experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with
    neutral or U.S.-friendly accent
    .
  • Willingness to work
    U.S. time zones
    (EST/PST shifts).
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and U.S. business etiquette.

Preferred

  • Experience selling into
    healthcare, enterprise software, or regulated industries
    .
  • Background in working closely with U.S.-based Account Executives and marketing teams.
