Role Overview
We are hiring
a sales professional
to drive outbound outreach. This is a high-energy calling role where you'll connect with decision-makers, pitch our services, and set up meetings for the Business Development Head. If you have the hustle of a property sales rep, the persistence of a credit card or insurance seller, and the communication of a B2B professional, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Make
80–100 outbound calls daily
to corporates, hotels, embassies, and other potential clients. - Pitch Pahwa & Co. confidently in
fluent English/Hindi
. - Identify decision-makers and
schedule qualified meetings
. - Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly meeting targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound calling experience
(real estate, insurance, BPO, or inside sales preferred). - Excellent spoken English and confident phone presence.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection.
- Strong time management and follow-up discipline.
What We Offer
