We are seeking an experienced and dynamic business leader to play a pivotal role in growing our sales and partnerships function and driving revenue growth for the B2B business. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for building, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Sales Leadership: Identify and engage potential fleet clients, introducing them to our battery swapping solutions. Take ownership of the complete sales cycle.
  • Strategic Sales: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.
  • Client Relationship & Account Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty and growth
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, measuring key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.
  • Source partnerships with demand aggregation partners, EV OEMs and other industry players to enhance sales and business growth

Qualifications:

  • B-Tech/MBA with 6-8 years of work experience (prior experience in the EV industry is preferred)
  • Proven success in closing high-ticket B2B sales and partnerships
  • Proven business acumen with strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to customize solutions as per the client's needs
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, team and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and take up new challenges
