Role Description

This is a
full-time, hybrid role
for a
Sales Executive
located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Generating leads and achieving sales targets
  • Providing in-depth product knowledge and offering tailored financial solutions
  • Conducting market research to understand client needs
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to drive growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new financial products

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and sales target achievement
  • Good understanding of financial products (personal loans, home loans, insurance, LIC plans, credit cards)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of financial industry trends and regulatory updates
  • Prior experience in financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
Up to ₹3 LPA
(Fixed)
