Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Identify potential clients and present company products/services effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate with clients to close deals.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
