The Customer Relationship Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, concerns are addressed promptly, and relationships are nurtured for long-term satisfaction and retention. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, understanding client requirements, and ensuring consistent service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing timely support and follow-ups.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of Vibe Connect services.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure services are delivered as per agreed standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, sales, etc.) to resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and service requests in CRM tools.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on client needs.
  • Collect feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of services.
  • Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, service issues, and follow-up actions.
  • Support in organizing client engagement activities such as meetings, training sessions, or events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
