**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Mumbai at MyEcoTour. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

**Qualifications**

- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in customer success or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
