**Job Summary**: The Customer Service Executive will assist online customers with their purchase and provide post purchase assistance.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
∙Handle Customer's Inbound And Outbound Calls.

∙Solving Queries, Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services

∙Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve

any issues their customers experience.

**Skills**:
∙Customer service

∙Listening Skills

∙Multi-tasking

**Qualifications**:
∙Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months preferred

∙Good communication skills

∙Good English and Hindi speaking Skills

∙Knowledge of Basic MS Word and Excel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
