- Job Description
- Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
- Working with your accounts to grow their usage and product adoption (New Products - WhatsApp, Rich Communication Services - RCS etc.)
- Advocate for your customers internally as you work cross-functionally with Sales, Development, and Product teams
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to successfully seize these opportunities
- Review the customer journey, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals
- Developing solutions by researching current technology trends, gathering requirements from clients, and proposing new features to improve the overall experience
- Monitoring the performance of existing solutions to identify areas for improvement
- Working with development teams to ensure that projects meet requirements and deadlines
- Evaluating new technologies and recommending them for implementation where appropriate
- Reporting progress on projects to clients and stakeholders throughout the duration of a project
- Skills
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, organizational and written communication skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, consulting, solutions engineering or related field
- Out-of-the box thinker with a customer first approach
- Top-shelf problem solving skills
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- A tendency for relationship building
- Relevant Industry knowledge
