Job Title: Executive - Customer Relation

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the customer journey from initial contact to post-sales support, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns, issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the sales process, promotional materials and website content.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to drive customer retention and repeat business.
- Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback from customers, analysing the results and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Organise and host customer events and seminars to build relationships and promote the company's brand and values.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects and provide customers with regular updates on project status.
- Collaborate with the possession team to ensure timely delivery of customers flats and provide customers with regular updates on delivery status.
- Maintain customer records and track collection performance to monitor and report on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer relations or customer service in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of implementing customer relationship management strategies and programs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
