**Customer Relationship Executive**

**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive / Customer Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our growing team. As a Customer Relationship Manager / Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Understand customers' needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage all communication
- Drive customer retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customers
- Track and report on customer metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or account management in a SaaS company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Understanding of SaaS business models and customer success principles

**Immediate Joiner preferred**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
