We are seeking a dynamic **Customer Relationship Executive** to join our team at **Mauli Stays**. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing online reservation bookings, and fostering positive relationships with our customers. Your persuasive communication skills will help you convince potential clients and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and reservations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to convert leads.
- Coordinate with senior management to streamline operations and ensure smooth processes.
- Assist in various operational tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (**hospitality**) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
