Hiring for Customer Care Executive for **US Voice process (BPO) **at MALAD (OFFICE JOB).

**Work from office - Malad West**

**Working days : 5**

**Shifts : Rotational shifts (24/7)**

**Week off : 2 Rotational week-offs**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customers' inquiries and providing solutions through phone calls.
- Gathering customer information and explain service options and procedures.
- Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate actions.
- Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Documenting customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and software.
