**Hiring for Customer Care Executive for US Voice process (BPO) at MALAD (OFFICE JOB).**

**Salary : Upto 30K in-hand for Graduate with experience**

**Upto 26K in-hand for freshers**
- **Work Mode

- **Qualification - **Graduate / Under-graduate both can apply
- **CTC Range - **26000-30000 per month

**Work from office - Malad**

**Shift timing : Any 9 hours between 12PM and 3:30AM - rotational shifts (UK and US)**

**Working days : 5 days**

Week-off : 2 week-offs (rotational off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customers' inquiries and providing solutions through phone calls.
- Gathering customer information and explain service options and procedures.
- Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate actions.
- Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Documenting customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Should be ready to work in **Rotational shifts - any 9 hours between 12PM and 3:30AM**.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and software.

**Aadhaar number is mandatory**

**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
