The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the financial strategy and direction of the company.
The CFO oversees all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and
financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management.

2.Financial Reporting:

- Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

3.Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.

4.Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

5.Funding and Treasury:

- Manage cash flow, funding, and investments.
- Oversee treasury operations, including foreign exchange and hedging.

6.Taxation:

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Optimize tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

7.Financial Operations:

- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure efficient financial processes and systems.
