Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be given the responsibility of engaging with key customers. This will help the company to grow customers base and build positive relationships with the clients. The hired candidate are required to work closely with merchandising and accounts team to keep himself/herself updated with the client related information.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with the merchandising and accounts teams to gather all relevant information related to Purchase Orders (POs) and buyers.
  • Update and communicate approvals and final delivery dates to the buyer, including notifying them promptly of any changes.
  • Track inquiry status and share all required information with the buyer in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the buyer's order status and provide updates on the PO at each stage of the process.
  • Follow up for necessary approvals and obtain approval comments to proceed with bulk production.
  • Share dispatch details (invoice/LR) with the buyer and ensure they receive all required documents.
  • Send a closure email to the buyer immediately after PO completion.
  • Track and follow up on due payments after PO closure as per agreed payment terms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly client-wise reports.
  • Update and maintain the FMS sheet and ultimate checklist to ensure all deadlines are met.

Educational Qualification:

A bachelor degree in related field

Experience

Required relevant experiences of 2-3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
