Key responsibilities
- Team Leadership:

- Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Operations and Performance:
- Monitor sales metrics and ensure the team's performance aligns with company goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complex inquiries or negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align efforts.
- Administration:
- Maintain CRM tools and track sales activities.
- Ensure seamless order processing and delivery with other departments.
