Lead Generation Team Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Team Manager to head our outbound lead generation operations. This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and operational excellence to accelerate our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of lead generation executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Lead Strategy
Design and implement effective lead generation campaigns using channels such as email, calls, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
Performance Tracking
Set and monitor KPIs, ensure daily performance accountability, and guide team members toward goal achievement.
Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality lead hand-offs and alignment on pipeline priorities.
Process Optimization
Develop SOPs, enhance communication scripts, and continuously optimize lead generation tools and workflows.
Reporting
Prepare and present weekly performance and pipeline reports to leadership, with insights and recommendations.
