Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager (Mechanical) to lead and oversee quality assurance functions within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all processes, materials, and finished products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality management systems and procedures.
  • Oversee inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and process efficiency.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure proper documentation.
  • Train and mentor the quality assurance team to uphold consistent performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing and machining processes.
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies such as 5S, 7QC Tools, Kaizen, FMEA, and SPC.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in a quality management role within manufacturing.
