Position Overview:
Doors Studio is expanding and seeking a proactive B2B Sales Associate to join our team in Gurugram, Sector 43. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic partnerships and effective client acquisition strategies. This role demands a strong background in digital marketing or IT sales and exceptional skills in relationship-building and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to accelerate company growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase our digital solutions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role in digital marketing or IT sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
