
Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground sales operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, client acquisition, and team leadership, with a passion for achieving targets and expanding market presence.
This role requires regular travel within Kerala and occasionally outside the state. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple clients, motivating the sales team, and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Lead and motivate the field sales team to ensure consistent performance.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Team Management (preferably in B2B or IT/Service sector).
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
