Sales Executive

P Learn, a pioneering edtech company specializing in hands-on mathematics learning solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role will lead sales efforts and manage partnerships with government bodies, NGOs and distributors. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in achieving our sales target for 2025–2026 and laying the foundation for 20% annual growth.
The job description is as follows:
- School visits & live product demos (target 4-5 schools/day average).
- Build & maintain a pipeline of 150+ warm leads at any time.
- Conduct demos and presentations, leveraging our existing impact assessment data to secure contracts with school principals.
- Achieve a 30% conversion rate from leads, managing a pipeline of 100+ schools.
- Track sales performance using allocated tool, providing monthly reports to the leadership team.
Must haves:
- 2–5 years B2B field sales experience (preferably EdTech, school products, publishing, or lab equipment).
- Own two-wheeler + valid licence (fuel + maintenance reimbursed).
- Excellent Malayalam & English communication; relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field;
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing government or NGO contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and regional languages (e.g., Malayalam, Hindi).
- Ability to travel 50% of the time across Kerala
Benefits: Performance bonus of 5% on new sales, travel allowance, 15 days annual leave.
