Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the IT sector, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for IT sales, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities within the IT sector, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their IT needs.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our IT customer base.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, particularly within the IT sector.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and proposals to potential IT clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and secure long-term partnerships with IT clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company within the IT sector.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT business development, IT sales, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of IT market dynamics, technologies, and industry trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
