Job Description

Seeking a professional candidate for the Shopify Voice Support Process, responsible for handling customer calls and resolving store-related queries. This is a pure support role with no sales involvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
  • Assist with orders, payments, and Shopify store issues
  • Provide polite, clear, and effective communication
  • Update call details and maintain CRM records
  • Follow quality guidelines and process protocols
  • Escalate complex issues as needed
  • Achieve set performance and quality targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
