Overview: The Hiring for Non-Voice Process (Insurance Domain) is a critical role within our organization, responsible for facilitating the recruitment of qualified individuals to work in our non-voice insurance operations. The role plays a vital part in ensuring that our teams are staffed with high-performing individuals who can provide exceptional service to our customers and handle insurance-related processes efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
  • Screening and sourcing potential candidates for non-voice insurance process roles.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for non-voice insurance roles.
  • Managing recruitment databases and systems to track applicant progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring teams to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Executing onboarding processes for new hires in the non-voice insurance process.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment practices.
  • Adhering to established service level agreements and recruitment timelines.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for non-voice processes, particularly in the insurance domain.
  • Demonstrated understanding of insurance-related processes and terminology.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining recruitment records and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment and hiring processes.
