Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in international calling (inbound or outbound).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls for international customers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients across global regions
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet performance targets related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company protocols
  • Maintain professionalism and positive customer experience during all interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process
  • Excellent verbal communication in English (neutral or international accent)
  • Strong listening, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts
  • Ability to work 6 days a week (as per company requirement)
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,500,000.00 per month
