Business Development Officer – Franchise Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in franchise sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, franchise sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
