Business Development Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, client retention, lead generation, cold calling, and client visits. If you have excellent communication skills, a great personality, and prior experience in client-facing roles, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the business.
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Visit clients to establish and strengthen relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client acquisition, client retention, lead generation, cold calling, and client visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Great personality and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is essential.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
