Director's Office Role: Executive Officer
Role Summary
The Executive Officer is a critical strategic partner focused on maximizing the effectiveness and strategic impact of the Director and the Director's Office. This role is the central hub for strategy execution, high-level communication, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the Director's priorities are championed and organizational goals are met.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Strategic & Operational Support:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and critical internal/external stakeholders (e.g., senior leadership, partners).
- Coordinate the arrangement of critical meetings, discussions, and strategic sessions with key stakeholders.
- Oversee and track the progress of the Director's key strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring accountability and goal alignment.
- Prepare and/or finalize high-level communications, presentations, and reports for the Director and the Board.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Filter and prioritize communication flow (written and verbal) to and from the Director, addressing critical matters efficiently.
- Draft, review, and edit internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and streamline decision-making among leadership teams.
- Stakeholder Meeting Management:
- Plan, organize, and attend key internal and external strategic meetings.
- Develop detailed meeting agendas, capture clear minutes and action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Manage the preparation and logistics for all high-value stakeholder engagement activities (e.g., conferences, summits).
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries relevant to strategic meetings.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with confidence to C-level executives.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to grasp the organization's mission and strategic goals quickly and link daily work to the larger vision.
- Organizational Mastery: Outstanding organizational, time management, and project management skills in high-stakes environments.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful problem-solver who anticipates needs and manages crises with poise.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Education: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is required.
- Experience: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and coordinating high-value stakeholder relationships across multiple functional areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
