Position: Back Office

Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

Reports To: HR Manager/Director

**Salary**: 10,000 to 15,000

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant

administrative role.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Back office or related.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swargate, Pune - 411009, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
