About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support senior leaders at a leading venture capital firm. This individual will work closely with multiple stakeholders — including Investment Partners, Function Heads, and VPs — to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and effective time management.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure optimal time utilization across multiple leaders.
  • Prepare executives for meetings through diligent research, briefing notes, and presentation materials.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, documents, and decks on behalf of the executives.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Handle travel coordination, event logistics, and other administrative priorities efficiently.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and follow up on key action items to drive execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting multiple leaders or senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools; familiarity with productivity and scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in high-stakes situations.
