Inspire Training Academy is seeking enthusiastic and proactive Customer Support Executives (Telecallers) for a full-time position with one of our esteemed corporate partners located in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information and offer effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer records in an organized manner, ensuring timely follow-ups and data precision.
• Meet individual performance targets and contribute to broader team objectives.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards with a strong solution-focused approach.
