Position Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support across a variety of channels. The role requires problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing client inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Document customer interactions in the system while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate feedback to management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computers and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work onsite in Kolkata during office hours.
