**Job Description -**

We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage the

customer service and after-sales support.

**Customer Support Executive Responsibilities**:

- Giving Support to Clients.
- Resolving clients issues.
- Giving Product Demos to Clients via online & face to face.
- Providing the new employees with product training sessions for enhancing their skills.
- Scheduling campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Updating backend & support related sheets.
- Preparing Product Manuals.

**Skills Required -**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
