What You'll Do

As a Design Partner, you will work on client projects provided by Deb Infraventures, creating customized interior design solutions and ensuring high client satisfaction. You'll not only design but also manage material sourcing and can take turnkey execution for projects. Leveraging our platform, brand credibility, and resources, you'll be able to deliver end-to-end turnkey design experiences efficiently, while being a revenue sharing model for every successful project.


Your Responsibilities

  • Meet and interact with verified clients assigned by Deb Infraventures.
  • Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets to create tailored design solutions.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines for client communication, project execution, etc.
  • Prepare design proposals and presentations that align with our standards.
  • Manage material sourcing to ensure quality and timely procurement.
  • Take on turnkey execution for projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, execution) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure timely project completion and high client satisfaction.


You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in interior design (residential experience preferred, commercial a plus).
  • Are proficient in modular interiors such as kitchens, wardrobes, full-home designs.
  • Have excellent client communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferable if you can work with design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
  • Have a strong sense of aesthetics, functionality, and attention to detail.
  • Are organized, self-motivated, and adaptable.
