We're Hiring Business Development Executive – AT Production
AT Production, a leading creative advertising agency, is looking for a
highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, client engagement, and the advertising world, this is the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling and networking
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
• Deliver compelling sales pitches to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare & negotiate proposals and contracts
• Maintain sales reports and daily activity logs
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute client requirements
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Build brand loyalty through consistent communication
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Advertising/Digital Marketing experience preferred)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong long-term career vision in sales

Working Days:
6 days/week (Rotational weekly off)

Office-based (WFH in emergencies)

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹50,000 +
Incentives (₹10,000 – ₹1,00,000)

Monthly Target:
₹2–5 Lakh
