About the Role:-

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the IT/Software/Tech industry to help the company expand its customer base, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology services, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their IT needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or SaaS/Tech product sales.
  • Strong understanding of software services such as Web/Mobile Development, ERP/CRM.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
