Business Development Executive (0–1 year)
Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will focus on generating qualified leads and supporting pre-sales and sales activities. The role requires strong communication skills, research ability, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and relevant industry segments.
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, databases, social platforms, and outbound outreach.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and other pre-sales materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Support in nurturing leads through email campaigns, calls, and content sharing.
- Track outreach performance and share insights for process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research abilities and familiarity with digital prospecting tools.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM, Salesforce Industry and outreach processes is a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
