Job Title:
Business Development Executive (0–1 year)

Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will focus on generating qualified leads and supporting pre-sales and sales activities. The role requires strong communication skills, research ability, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and relevant industry segments.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, databases, social platforms, and outbound outreach.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and other pre-sales materials.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Support in nurturing leads through email campaigns, calls, and content sharing.
  • Track outreach performance and share insights for process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research abilities and familiarity with digital prospecting tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM, Salesforce Industry and outreach processes is a plus.
  • Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
