Job Description

City Mart Supermarket is expanding its franchise network across India. We are hiring energetic and motivated Franchise Sales Interns for a 3-month internship to support our franchise development team.

The company will provide qualified investor leads. You will connect with these prospects, present the franchise opportunity, and help convert them into franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential investors from company-provided leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Explain the City Mart franchise model (investment, ROI, support, and store formats).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between investors and the franchise team.
  • Maintain a record of all conversations and follow-ups in Excel / CRM.
  • Assist in preparing franchise proposals, presentations, and agreements.
  • Meet weekly/monthly lead-conversion and meeting targets.
  • Support franchise events, expos, and webinars when required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Basic understanding of sales / business development.
  • Confident and persuasive approach when dealing with investors.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn about franchising and retail.

Education

  • Bachelors degree (pursuing or completed) in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
