Role Overview

We're looking for an
Operations Intern
to support our growing network of franchise partners. The intern will work closely with the operations team to assist in store onboarding, training, quality checks, and day-to-day operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in business operations, franchise management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the
    onboarding process
    of new franchise partners (documentation, store setup, and branding coordination).
  • Support in
    training sessions
    for franchise staff on service quality and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Help conduct
    store audits
    and maintain compliance checklists.
  • Track and update
    franchise performance data
    (orders, revenue, and customer feedback).
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as
    marketing, supply chain, and finance
    for operational requirements.
  • Help identify
    process gaps
    and suggest improvements for smoother operations.
  • Maintain updated reports, checklists, and records for all franchise units.
  • Provide assistance in
    local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a
    Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong
    communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic proficiency in
    MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
